Georgia Law:
Georgia law (O.C.G.A § 16-5-71 ) states that it is unlawful to tattoo the body of any person under the age of 18.

No Parental Consent:
Even with parental consent, a tattoo artist cannot legally tattoo someone under 18 in Georgia.

Emancipated Minors:
Even if you are an emancipated minor, you still cannot get a tattoo in Georgia because the law states you must be 18.
